Do my products expire? How long can I access them?
You can access purchased product(s) for 1 year after the purchase. Free updates are available for 1 year after the purchase. After 1 year the product is considered expired and is removed from the member's area of Test-Papers customer.
How often are exam products updated?
Our IT specialists are constantly evaluating the current certification skill-sets and the validity of existing exams. Any time technology or the vendor adjusts an exam, a new version or supplemental download is made available. New versions of downloaded online products check for the most recent data and upgrade before opening.
How do you measure your quality - how do you achieve it?
Test-Papers.com uses veteran IT specialists to write our questions and answers, study guides and labs. Answers are verified by other certified professionals, and are frequently receiving feedback from existing and previous customers.
Is my Credit Card Information secure on your site?
The only information that Test-Papers stores for any individual is their email address and site password. Credit card and other sensitive information is only ever processed by our credit card processor - which information is not shared with us directly.

How do I make an online purchase?
Select the appropriate products from the Test-Papers.com Exams page. Add them to your shopping cart. Click 'Checkout' and then 'Pay Now' buttons. You will be directed to a secure webpage. Enter credit card information and finish the purchase.
If this is the first purchase at Test-Papers.com and you are not a registered user, Test-Papers.com will create an account for you automatically based on E-mail address you enter.
After the purchase the products can be accessed from your Member's Area.

I have made an online purchase. Where are my products?
The purchased products are available at your Member's Area.
Here is the procedure to download your products:
- Go to www.Test-Papers.com
- Enter e-mail and password in top-right corner
Note: If there is just a "Members Area" link then you will not be required to enter e-mail and password.
- Latest versions of the purchased products are downloadable from here. Just click the links.
Do I receive a receipt for my order?
You will receive a confirmation email which can serve as you receipt. You can also download previously purchased items' receipts from within your member's area.
Should I keep my receipt?
You should always keep any receipt from a purchase made online. Some clients use their receipts to validate purchased educational materials and are reimbursed by their employer.
How do I access the product(s) after purchase?
The product is made available for download in your Member's Area for 1 year after the purchase.
- Log into Test-Papers Member's Area
- Click "Download" link next to the appropriate product, for example Cisco 640-802.
- The download will start automatically.

How are Test-Papers products delivered?
You can access your purchased items from within your Member's Area. All products are delivered digitally and available for download within 10 minutes of purchase.
How do I cancel a purchase?
Contact us directly by emailing email@example.com. Include as much information about your order as possible (including product ordered, invoice total, any confirmation numbers, email address associated with your account).
