Test-Papers simulations and practice tests are a customizable learning solution that fits even handed with all of the other Test-Papers products.

What exams do you have questions and answers for?
You can find the list of all exams having Questions & Answers on the Exams page.

Do my products expire? How long can I access them?
You can access purchased product(s) for 1 year after the purchase. Free updates are available for 1 year after the purchase. After 1 year the product is considered expired and is removed from the member's area of Test-Papers customer.

How often are exam products updated?
Our IT specialists are constantly evaluating the current certification skill-sets and the validity of existing exams. Any time technology or the vendor adjusts an exam, a new version or supplemental download is made available. New versions of downloaded online products check for the most recent data and upgrade before opening.

How am I notified about exam product updates?

  1. Go to www.Test-Papers.com
  2. Enter e-mail and password in top-right corner
    You see a list of purchased products.
  3. Click "Download" link next to the appropriate product, for example "Cisco 640-802".
  4. Product download will start.

What do I do if I encounter a problem updating an exam to the latest version?
The old version is probably cached at your computer. You could try to restart Internet Explorer, restart the computer or clear the local web cache. To clear the local web cache open Internet Explorer, choose Tools menu then Internet Options command, and finally click the "Delete files" button.

Can I try the products before I buy them?
Of course, please go to the Test-Papers Demo page and view the list of ready-made samples for you to download and experiment with.

I want to try a different Test-Papers product than you offer in the demo page.

How do you measure your quality - how do you achieve it?
Test-Papers.com uses veteran IT specialists to write our questions and answers, study guides and labs. Answers are verified by other certified professionals, and are frequently receiving feedback from existing and previous customers.

What do I do if I don't understand an answer or think it is wrong?
Feedback on specific questions should be sent to support@test-papers.com. Please include:

  1. Exam number and its version.
  2. Question number.
  3. Your E-mail.

We will respond to your email within 48 hours - in most cases within 24.

How do I pay for Test-Papers products?
Most customers choose to pay with a credit card, however you can also use most Debit cards, PayPal, or in certain circumstances, pay via Western Union. Please contact sales@test-papers.com regarding different payment options.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept the following major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and Electron.

Is my Credit Card Information secure on your site?
The only information that Test-Papers stores for any individual is their email address and site password. Credit card and other sensitive information is only ever processed by our credit card processor - which information is not shared with us directly.

I am hesitant about buying things online. How secure is your web site?
Security of our customer's confidential information is of utmost importance to us. We, therefore, use a trusted third party vendor as our card The Test-Papers web site is certified secure and has been used flawlessly by thousands of satisfied clients. Your credit card information is processed through our credit card processor, and we never have direct contact with this information. Your purchase and identity are safe while using Test-Papers.

Will Test-Papers share or sell my information to third parties?
Test-Papers will never sell your information to any third party. Test-Papers does send out the occasional email, newsletter or product announcements - however you can opt-out of these emails or communications from within your Member's Area settings.

How do I make an online purchase?
Select the appropriate products from the Test-Papers.com Exams page. Add them to your shopping cart. Click 'Checkout' and then 'Pay Now' buttons. You will be directed to a secure webpage. Enter credit card information and finish the purchase.
If this is the first purchase at Test-Papers.com and you are not a registered user, Test-Papers.com will create an account for you automatically based on E-mail address you enter.
After the purchase the products can be accessed from your Member's Area.

I have made an online purchase. Where are my products?
The purchased products are available at your Member's Area.
Here is the procedure to download your products:

  1. Go to www.Test-Papers.com
  2. Enter e-mail and password in top-right corner
    Note: If there is just a "Members Area" link then you will not be required to enter e-mail and password.
  3. Latest versions of the purchased products are downloadable from here. Just click the links.

Do I receive a receipt for my order?
You will receive a confirmation email which can serve as you receipt. You can also download previously purchased items' receipts from within your member's area.

Should I keep my receipt?
You should always keep any receipt from a purchase made online. Some clients use their receipts to validate purchased educational materials and are reimbursed by their employer.

How do I access the product(s) after purchase?
The product is made available for download in your Member's Area for 1 year after the purchase.
In steps:

  1. Log into Test-Papers Member's Area
  2. Click "Download" link next to the appropriate product, for example Cisco 640-802.
  3. The download will start automatically.

How are Test-Papers products delivered?
You can access your purchased items from within your Member's Area. All products are delivered digitally and available for download within 10 minutes of purchase.

How do I return the products I have purchased?
All of Test-Papers products are delivered digitally to your membership account - there are no physical items to return.

How do I ask for a refund?
Contact us directly by emailing sales@Test-Papers.com. If you are requesting a refund or issuing a communication regarding our Guarantee, you may be asked to supply additional testing information.

How do I cancel a purchase?
Contact us directly by emailing sales@test-papers.com. Include as much information about your order as possible (including product ordered, invoice total, any confirmation numbers, email address associated with your account).

How long does it take for you to respond to my emails?
All emails are answered within 48 hours. Most emails are answered within 24 hours.
